Privacy notice
This notice explains how Aurai handles personal information when you create an account or use the platform. We will update it as the service and our data practices evolve.
Information we handle
We handle account and sign-in information, such as your name, email address, organisation, and authentication details. We also handle the information you or your organisation provide in the workspace, including compliance evidence, prompts, uploaded files, and feedback. We collect limited technical and security information, such as log data, device and browser details, and activity needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Aurai, authenticate users, maintain and secure the platform, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use workspace content to advertise to you or to unrelated users.
When information is shared
Access is limited to people who need it to operate, support, or secure Aurai. Your organisation’s authorised administrators may be able to access information associated with its workspace. We may also share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, maintain, or secure the platform, and where required by law or needed to protect Aurai and its users.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support internal testing, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and questions
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, contact Aurai support. We may revise this notice as the platform develops; the effective date above will show when it was last updated.
